COMMERCIAL AIR CONDITIONING

VRF, chillers, CRAC and AHU systems designed, installed and maintained for buildings that cannot afford downtime.

D1 PARTNER · F-GAS CERTIFIED

Cooling that is engineered, documented and kept compliant for the life of the system.

We work with facilities teams, main contractors and multi-site operators across data centres, healthcare, retail, hospitality and manufacturing. From load calculation and system selection through to commissioning, planned preventive maintenance and end-of-life replacement, one accountable partner holds the whole asset lifecycle — delivered to specification, on schedule, and without compromise.

Uptime First

SLA-backed response, 24/7 emergency cover and critical spares strategy for comms rooms, server halls and production areas.

Compliance Held

F-Gas registers, leak testing at statutory intervals, refrigerant logs and audit-ready documentation issued after every visit.

Single Point of Contact

One contract, one account manager, one reporting format across every site in your estate.

DAIKIN

How We Work

FROM DESIGN TO DECOMMISSION

Design & System Selection

Heat load modelling, plant space and riser strategy, resilience (N+1) options, refrigerant selection with F-Gas phase-down in mind, and specification support for consultants and design teams.

Installation & Commissioning

Pipework, electrical interfacing, controls integration to BMS, pressure and leak testing, full commissioning data and O&M handover packs. Works phased around live trading or occupied floors.

Planned Preventive Maintenance

Scheduled inspections tuned to asset criticality — filter and coil regimes, refrigerant charge checks, compressor and fan condition monitoring, controls and setpoint optimisation, with condition reports per asset.

Reactive & 24/7 Cover

Directly employed engineers on call for breakdowns, with agreed response and rectification targets and temporary cooling arranged where a system cannot be restored immediately.

Energy & Net Zero

Efficiency audits, inverter and heat recovery upgrades, setpoint and scheduling optimisation, plus measurement of consumption before and after so savings are evidenced, not claimed.

Equipment Replacement

Phased replacement plans for ageing R22/R410A plant — capital forecasting, staged changeover to keep the building running, and disposal handled to regulation.

Questions

COMMERCIAL BUYER QUESTIONS

What uptime and response times can we expect?

Response is set in the contract and matched to asset criticality — typically 2–4 hours for critical cooling such as comms rooms and production, and next working day for comfort cooling. Directly employed engineers, a 24/7 emergency line and a held spares strategy for critical plant keep those targets realistic.

How do you keep us F-Gas compliant?

We maintain the refrigerant register for every system, carry out leak checks at the statutory frequency for the system's CO₂-equivalent charge, log all refrigerant added or recovered, and issue audit-ready records after each visit. All engineers hold current F-Gas certification.

What does a maintenance contract actually include?

A scheduled visit plan per asset, condition reporting, filter and coil regimes, refrigerant and electrical checks, controls optimisation, priority reactive cover and an annual asset condition and capital replacement forecast. Contracts are typically one to five years and can include or exclude parts and labour.

Can you cover multiple sites nationwide?

Yes. Multi-site clients get one contract, one account manager and a consistent reporting pack across the estate, with asset registers and PPM schedules held centrally so any site's history is available on request.

Can you work around live trading or occupied buildings?

Routinely. Works are phased, permits and RAMS issued in advance, and out-of-hours or night shifts arranged where daytime access is not viable. Our on-site and roadside safety record stands at zero accidents.

Should we repair or replace ageing plant?

We give you the numbers rather than a sales pitch: current efficiency and running cost, remaining useful life, refrigerant availability and phase-down risk, and payback on replacement. Where replacement wins, it is planned in phases so the building keeps running.

Do you work with consultants and main contractors?

Yes — design support, specification review, value engineering, programme integration, commissioning data and full O&M handover documentation are standard on contracted works.

What clients say

We have been working with Wayne and his team since the beginning. The service they provide is first class. Their response time to an emergency breakdown is always within 4 hours. They communicate extremely well and always keep us up to date.
